Shipping policy
Shipping will be done through UPS and USPS. I am able to expedite orders for "Rush Orders" however this is only for smaller orders as a large order takes longer to complete. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to message us at any time and we will get back to you about your concerns as soon as possible.
Please note: Once package is dropped off with the shipping company of choice it is out of my hands and I can only help you with your tracking of the order. Any claims are not through my website they should be handled with the shipping carrier directly.
Mondays-Fridays please allow up to 4 business days after placing your order to receive tracking info for your packages. Please make sure you provided your email address for tracking info to be sent to an email account that you will have access to. I cannot unlock your email accounts to provide you the information. I will require you to provide proof of purchase to disclose any information about the tracking status of any order.
